COG Management has done a fantastic job of managing the two rental properties that my husband and I have with them.  Having them manage the properties was one of the best decisions we have ever made.   If something need to be repaired, they are quick to tell us of the issue and get someone out in a timely manner.  As a result, we have happy tenants and my husband and I are happy with COG.  They are definitely worth what we are paying for their services.  They did a great job of screening prospective tenants, as both of ours have been with us for a few years.  Thank you, COG Management, for taking this weight off of our shoulders.

Had a great experience renting from COG.  When things needed repaired, COG took care of it right away.  The employees were all very nice and helpful.  Now that I have moved, I really miss the home.

Also I appreciate the COG website, It is nice to be able to keep up with rent collected or uncollected,expenses,work orders and other information. Now that we have 2 houses this will be even more important.
